Digital Discount Cards are a great way to encourage repeat business. The one you can set up with Trivolio allows you to create discount tiers so the more a customer spends the bigger the discount.

Once you are logged in select the CARDS option on the left hand menu

Add one of more discount tiers. With multiple tiers, you can motivate customers to spend more in your store since they can qualify entry into higher level discount tiers.

In the example shown below we have a clothing store offering 4 tiers:

New - New customer are automatically entered into this tier where they earn 5% off their future purchases
Bronze - If they've spend at least $1000 in your store they qualify for 10%
Silver - If they spend $1500 - $2499 they will qualify for a 15% discount
Gold - ans lastly if they spent $2500 or more they earn 20% off any future purchases.

A Cashback/Points Card allows customers to collect points with every purchase they make in your store. You can create different level tiers so the more customers buy, the higher the points they can collect! Points can be redeemed for items or "cashed" in towards future purchases.

Define the tier levels for your loyalty program. As customers spend they can qualify to enter higher tiers where the % of points earned increases. In the example shown below for a pet store, we set up 4 tiers:

Pet Club Bronze - This is the entry level ans immediately qualify for 1% of points earned per purchase.
Pet Club Silver - If the customer spends $5000 - $14,999, they earn 5% of points
Pet Club Gold - From $15,000 - $24,999 they earn 8% of points
Pet Club Platinum - And from $25,000 and up they earn 15%

For example if the customer is on the Silver tier since they've spent more than $5000 in your store over time, they earn 5% in points. So if they've made a purchase of $2000, they earn 10 points.

The points can either be redeemed for merhandise or as a credit towards future purchases. You decide the value of those points.

A traditional review kiosk asks the customer to submit their review on a 3rd party site, like Google or Facebook, while connected to the Wi-Fi network at the business.

An influx of reviews coming from the same IP address will be flagged by the review site, which could result in reviews being taken down.

Our mobile kiosk feature helps businesses reap all the rewards of a traditional kiosk without the risk of having their reviews flagged.

How?

We'll provide you with a unique URL to a form that you can display on a computer, iPad or tablet, or mobile device your sales staff use. At the point of sale with the customer or at the end of service, guide them to submit their information (name, email, and/or phone number).
